Why we have rules
Every survey you take is checked by the research company that paid for it. If they find duplicate accounts, rushed answers, or answers that contradict each other, they reject the response and stop sending surveys to FrenzPoll. These rules keep the survey supply open for everyone. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Your account
- One account per person. People in the same household may each have their own account, but never share, sell, or hand over an account.
- Be 18 or older and use your real details. Your name, date of birth, and address should match the ID and email you use to collect rewards.
- Take surveys from your home country. No VPNs, proxies, or Tor, and no surveys while travelling abroad. Your connection country must match your profile country.
- Keep your profile honest and up to date. Surveys check your answers against your profile.
Taking surveys
- Answer honestly. Never guess or invent answers to qualify for a survey.
- Read every question. Some questions check that you are paying attention. That is normal.
- Take the time you need. Finishing far faster than the expected length, or giving the same answer to every question, gets flagged.
- Write in your own words. Don't use AI tools, copy and paste, or type gibberish into open-text answers.
- Keep surveys private. Don't post links, screenshots, or survey content, and don't share tips on how to qualify.
- No bots or scripts. Use one device at a time.
Points and rewards
- 100 FrenzPoints = $1. You can cash out from 500 points as a gift card, or 1,000 points through PayPal.
- Points start as pending. They stay pending for 7 to 30 days, depending on your tier, while the survey company checks quality. Points can be reversed if they reject your answers.
- Your first cash-out is a gift card of up to 1,000 points. Your account must be at least 7 days old, with 5 approved surveys. We review it before sending.
- Screen-outs happen. If you spend time in a survey and don't qualify, you may receive 2 points, up to 5 times a day.
- Points are not cash and can't be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts.
Tiers, rates, and monthly limits are explained on the Rewards page.
If something goes wrong
- A rejected survey loses its points. The reversal shows in your wallet history.
- Repeated reversals pause your account. Two reversals in 30 days put the account on hold while we review it.
- Serious fraud closes the account. Multiple accounts, VPNs, bots, or fake identities lead to closure and forfeiture of unredeemed points.
- If a reversal arrives after you cash out, your balance can go below zero. Future points pay it back before your next cash-out.
- You can appeal. Email support@frenzpoll.com within 30 days and a person will review your case.
