1. What we collect

Account data (email, password hash, name), demographic profile data you provide, and technical data (IP address, device/user-agent, approximate location) used for fraud prevention and survey matching. Email and phone are encrypted at rest.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, match you to relevant surveys, pay rewards, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We process data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, and your consent (where required).

3. Sharing with survey suppliers

To deliver surveys, we share limited profile attributes (e.g. country, age band, demographic qualifiers) with our survey suppliers so they can determine eligibility. We do not sell your personal information. A current list of suppliers is available on request.

4. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account page — including the right to data portability (download a machine-readable JSON copy) and the right to erasure (account deletion). California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data).

5. Data retention & deletion

When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after a 30-day grace period, except where we must retain limited records for legal/financial compliance.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and optional cookies to improve the product. You can manage non-essential cookies via the consent banner.
